Sand Prince of Wales check suit jacket

Barbara Bui reinterprets the Prince of Wales check, an icon of menswear tailoring, to design a women’s suit jacket with a beautifully tailored drape. Discreet zip openings along the sleeves invite the jacket to be worn open for a more relaxed attitude. This fitted blazer is woven from Italian wool that promises comfort and softness for this timeless piece. Its sand hue, enlivened by subtle graphic checks, lends itself to a head-to-toe look in a reimagined three-piece suit. Darts, a back vent, collar structure, asymmetrically cut pockets, and a silver-tone metal piercing: every detail enhances the elegance of this jacket.

The models measure 178 cm and 180 cm tall. One has 88 cm hips, a 59 cm waist, and a 75 cm bust. The other has 89 cm hips, a 60 cm waist, and a 77 cm bust. / One model is 5'10" with 34½" hips, a 23" waist, and a 29½" bust. The other is 5'11" with 35" hips, a 23½" waist, and a 30" bust. They are wearing a French size 38 or size S.
