The Shipping method available for USA and Canada is Express. 

Please note that the delivery times include working days only, and that week-ends and holidays* are not considered.

You order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in France. The price are inclusive of delivery duties and custom fees.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between North America and France, where our products are shipped from.

*French holidays for 2024 are as follows: January 1st, April 1st, May 1st, May 8th, May 9th, May 20th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY:

 

You may check the status of your order and follow-up the various steps of your delivery by logging into your account. The information is mentioned in “My Orders”.

You may also track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.

You will find the Tracking Number of your order either in your Account, “My Orders” or in the shipping confirmation email.
